1. Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mee88 ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the mee88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all Terms stated here.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using mee88's services. Continued use of this platform after any amended Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those amended terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on mee88, users must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Provide complete, accurate and verifiable personal information, including full name, MyKad number or valid identification document, active mobile number and email address.
• Not be from any jurisdiction where use of this platform is prohibited by local law.
• Not have previously been banned or had an account suspended by mee88.

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious breach of these terms and may result in all related accounts being closed along with forfeiture of funds held within them.

mee88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for the purpose of complying with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. This process is to protect your account security and ensure the platform is free from misuse.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The mee88 platform accepts financial transactions via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM50.
• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the payment method and current request volume.
• All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) except cryptocurrency transactions, which are converted using the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details provided are accurate. mee88 is not liable for delays or failed transactions resulting from incorrect information.

mee88 reserves the right to suspend or hold withdrawals for security review or KYC compliance purposes. If there is any doubt regarding the source of funds, the platform may request additional supporting documents before a withdrawal is approved.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

mee88 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the stated terms and wagering requirements.

The mee88 welcome bonus gives 200% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made is 10 times the value of the bonus received:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering requirement RM200 × 10 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement RM500 × 10 = RM5,000

The mee88 VIP programme consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback benefit: Bronze up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%. VIP tier advancement is based on wagering activity and member loyalty.

Additional terms that apply to all mee88 promotions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account unless stated otherwise.
• mee88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses received through duplicate accounts or unauthorised information will be cancelled automatically.
• Any attempt to exploit promotions through unauthorised means may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

5. Game Rules and Wagering

All games available on the mee88 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and boxing betting — are run using certified random number generators (RNG) and transparent systems. The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless a documented technical error is proven to have occurred.

Users agree that:

• They are wagering using legitimately obtained funds and are not using the mee88 platform for money laundering purposes.
• All wagering decisions are personal and users take full responsibility for every bet placed.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under extraordinary technical circumstances and at the absolute discretion of mee88.
• mee88 reserves the right to cancel and refund bets identified as resulting from a technical bug or incorrect information in the system.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following on the mee88 platform:

• Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing another party to access your account.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors or system inconsistencies for personal gain.
• Transferring funds between other users' accounts as a method of circumventing wagering requirements.
• Using obscene, harassing or threatening language in any interaction with support staff or other users.
• Registering an account using another person's identity or false information.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

mee88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents when requested.
• Account inactive beyond the stipulated period.
• User's own request to close the account.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the mee88 customer support team. Prior to closure, all valid and eligible balances will be returned to the user via the original payment method.

8. Responsible Gambling

mee88 takes its commitment to responsible gambling seriously. The platform offers self-protection tools to users, including options to set deposit limits, betting limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion.

mee88 makes no guarantee that the platform will always operate without interruption or be free from technical errors. However, we are committed to resolving any technical issues promptly and providing reasonable compensation in cases of errors proven to originate from our system.

10. Amendment of Terms

mee88 reserves the right to amend, update or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time. Each amendment will take effect immediately upon publication on this platform.

Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version of the Terms. Notice of significant amendments will also be communicated via email or in-platform notifications to active accounts.

Continued use of the mee88 platform after amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account by contacting our support team.
